Vince Bilardo currently serves as the Sr. Exec. Program Director overseeing all aspects of the Maxar’s PPE Program. Vince joined Maxar in July 2019 after five years in industry since his retirement from NASA Glenn Research Center in 2014. An aerospace engineer by training, Vince contributed to the Space Shuttle, Space Station Freedom, Space Exploration Initiative and Constellation Programs over the course of a 32 year in the civil service. He managed Glenn’s contribution to the Ares I-X development test flight in 2009, the Upper Stage Simulator, for which he earned NASA’s Outstanding Leadership and Exceptional Achievement medals. He and his family currently reside in San Jose, California.
