The American Astronautical Society (AAS) congratulates Jared Isaacman on his confirmation as the 15th Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Administrator Isaacman brings a wealth of aerospace and entrepreneurial knowledge that will help NASA and the broader space industry make the Artemis program, space science, aeronautics, and advanced space technology all successful and sustained programs.
With a membership comprised of a diverse set of members from small businesses, large companies, schools, and every other area of the industry, AAS has had a long history of working alongside NASA to advance the goals of space science, space robotics and humans space exploration for more than 70 years. We are excited to work with Administrator Isaacman and his team to achieve continued success for NASA, the United States, and the global space community.
