JAXA & Embassy of Japan New Year’s Event

The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and the Embassy of Japan in the United States of America will hold the annual New Year’s event (virtual) “Japan-U.S. Aerospace Cooperation Seminar 2021: The Artemis Generation Is Upon Us.” tomorrow, January 15, from 11:00-11:45 a.m. EST.
Japan and the U.S. have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that formally outlines the cooperation for the Gateway program. To commemorate this historic occasion, our distinguished guest speakers will discuss the future prospects of the Japan-U.S. partnership for space exploration.
During the event also, YAMAKAWA Hiroshi, President of JAXA, will present the latest information on JAXA and its programs, including a look at the FY2021 budget.
