2020 AAS John Glenn Memorial Symposium is Going Virtual

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, AAS has made the decision to take our 2020 John Glenn Memorial Symposium online. We do not want to take away the educational and interactive experience that this symposium holds, and our top priority is the health and safety of our attendees, speakers, guests, and staff; so we are adapting to the virtual world and are working to create the best online experience possible.

The 2020 John Glenn Memorial Symposium will be hosted online July 15-17, 2020, from 11:00-3:30pm EST. A 30-minute lunch break will be included.

Going virtual brings immediate benefits. An online conference:

  • Allows a wider audience to participate, giving members and nonmembers who are unable to travel the opportunity to join and engage with space industry peers.
  • Creates a convenient and cost-effective way of bringing in a wider range of speakers and panelists.
  • Lets participants to experience and benefit from current space science news and talks while providing a gateway for interaction between speakers, panelists, attendees, and sponsors in timely and relevant sessions.

Be a part of this unique experience as we feature sessions and speakers that will provide important updates and vibrant discussion on Powering Innovation from the Sky to the Stars.

Registration details will be coming very soon.
